    You're shallow. Well, maybe not your personality, but your squats sure are.

    Bring your heels in just a little and stay turned out. Then drive your knees out so they stay over your feet - this will give you a hole to drop into. You're also letting your knees get too far forward. They really shouldn't get much past your toes and they should get there by the time you're halfway down and stay there until you're halfway back up. Also, don't drop your head so much. Read the thoracic extension article.

    Knee position is a result of anthropometry. Someone with long femurs and small feet will have their knees quite forward of their toes when compared to someone with short femurs. Just want to clarify this lest someone take what you’ve written and apply it inappropriately.

    Knee position is a result of anthropometry, however the function is greatly influenced by hip (torso) angle and bar placement. I don't think Jeff is saying your knees can't travel ahead of your toes, they absolutely can. Just not "much." I bet Jeff said that based on watching the first half of the video... it looks like OP's knees travel much further than they really do if you watch the second half.

    Based on both angles, it looks like Jeff's critiques are still proper. The knees do come forward plenty, but as OP hits depth, there's knee slide which pushes them even further forward. Speaking of depth, it wasn't reached in any of these reps.

    Lastly, Mattdotlich, I also agree with Jeff's assessment... it looks like the foot (heel) placement is a bit wide and probably aiding that desire to move the knees forward.
