Slow down off if the floor. This will make it easier to hold a STATIC pause for a 2 count, then restart the "pull."
2nd time trying these. Currently healing up from a badly broken foot a month ago so trying to keep things lighter and get something out of pulling. Looking for feedback. Not sure what I should be focusing on here or cues to use. I feel like i should maybe slow down and try to stay tighter? Thank you for your time.
