Keep knees shoved out on the ascent. See how they come in? Maybe bring stance in a little at the heel and see if that helps. Good luck!

If your shoulders will take it, you need to adjust your grip and the bar position. You can also do a lot more on getting tight. This is in general, but also very specific to your upper back.
