Hey guys been a while. I've gone up a little bit and have bought some Adipower lifting shoes. As you guys rightly said they make a HUGE difference and I feel I can get get down much more easily.
Weights haven't been going up as fast as I like due to travelling for work. Deadlift form is still not good so I haven't done any LP in case I screw my discs again. Am flying over to Korea later this month to see Kim Kyoungha to get that everything sorted once and for all.
How's it looking so far? Fyi I feel I am leaning more with my left hip especially on the first two reps of that set. Does it look correct?
