follow up DL form check
So here is a follow up form check from this thread SLDL vs Conventional DL form check, specifically the coventional DL. I was given some good feedback to stand up all the way and finish the lift, which I tried to do this time around. I ended up having to do the last two reps with an alternate grip.

Not bad. You might have some benefit in narrowing your stance a little. Remember, too, that going to an alternate grip (especially mid-set) will require a bit more work at pulling back on the bar on the ascent.
