    Hi coaches,
Please could anyone help me figure out what it is I need to correct/change to improve my low bar technique? I need to get lower and drive more with hips(although having issues feeling this in my ass) and not let knees come back in the bottom when I start coming up.
    I really appreciate any feedback.
    Thank you

You are too upright, squatting shallow. Brace hard, break at the hips and knees at the same time and bend at the hips. Keep your face and chest aimed at the ground the whole time.

It looks to me like you're not breaking at the knee enough, i.e. you're squatting with vertical shins. You can't get depth if you don't bend at the knees! Break at the knees and the hips at the same time like Jeff said. Set your knee's 1/3 of the way through the movement, then sit back into your while keeping your knees locked into position.
