Bought the book, read it, got my testosterone levels checked and gained a lot of mass in 2 month
I'm asking for comments on my quite poor execution of squat. I got different replies elsewhere, maybe you guys would give a few good tips?
Make sure you break at the hips and the knees at the same time. Point your nipples to the ground a little more while you do this.
Also, try to keep the bar over your midfoot.
"Quite poor" is not how I would describe this squat. "Needs work" maybe, but not "quite poor".
