    1) Revisit the 5 step setup and practice it every time.

    2) Use chalk instead of straps. I don't think you should be using straps @ this weight. Learn the hook grip.
    3) Do not DL infront of a mirror. Learn to "feel" the movement (kinesthetic awareness) not to see it in a mirror (visual awareness).
    4) Set your back by "sqeezing the chest" and "showing your nipples to the wall infront of you" not by lowering your hips.
