    This is my second set of 3x5 at 250lbs (113kg, for you non-US folk). Just wanting a couple different eyes on my form to be most efficient.

    I think the first three reps are solid. I believe the fourth and fifth reps get a little wonky due to me relaxing at the bottom and diving into the hole instead of controlling it all the way.

    P.S. I do realize after-the-fact that the camera angle is less than ideal. I will change this in future posts.

    You're getting too into your knees on the way down and you're descending too quickly and loosely. Stop your knees' forward movement sooner and bend over more. I suspect you may not be holding the bar correctly, either, but can't tell from this angle.
