    Default Squat and Deadlift form check

    Hey guys,

    I was told to reshoot my squat so I've done that with two different angles. I also shot my deadlift.

    Would really appreciate feedback on my form for both. I definitely know my deadlift doesn't look right, but would love specific feedback.

    Deadlift - as the set progresses, the bar drifts forward and your hips get lower. Which should not happen. You are also straightening your knees a bit too early. Lead up with your chest first.
    Squats - you need to get tighter. Also, stop your knees's forward movement sooner.

    Hi Jeff,

    Thanks for the feedback. When you say 'get tighter, do you mean just tightening the entire body when going down on the squat?

    Yes, perform a hard valsalva and get tight all over.
