Squat Form Needs Help
My squat has some serious problems. When I drive up out of the bottom the bar moves forward about an inch. Also, I seem to have trouble keeping my back angle set when I drive up my butt out of the bottom of the squat;This seems odd because my deadlift form is good and I have a much heavier deadlift than my squat. Not really sure how to correct my form though. Any tips would be great thanks.

I can't tell for sure from this angle, but your bar position looks high.
You're trying to stay too vertical on the descent. Your back angle on the ascent is what you should set when you descend. Lean over a bit more on the way down.
Get a whole lot tighter so that things aren't moving around so much. A belt would help with this.
