    Default Squat form check. Help?

    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    Some background:
    Age: 42
    Weight: 89 kg / 196 lbs
    Height: 178cms/5,84 (?)

    Novice program, doing 90kgs (max 110 for 5reps) for form checking.
    Concerns:
    1) Is the bar too low? A bit higher and it bites into bone, a lot higher and it's on my traps.
    2) A little bit of discomfort on shoulder, biceps.

    Can't say for sure, from this angle, but the bar doesn't look too low to me.
    Narrow your stance. Lean over more and drive up more with your hips.
