    Your knees hardly move forward at all and you are not going low enough. I would suggest lowering the weight to work on the form, getting below parallel by letting the knees move forward and then gradually adding weight back once form seems good.

    Pump the brakes about 10-20% there, bud. If you legitimately believe it's a troll, don't respond to them. That's how they get their jollies. Trolls can only be removed by banning them or ignoring them.

    On the bright side, your hamstrings probably got a hell of a training stimulus. On the dark side, your squat didn't.

    I don't think four plates is a bad weight for this particular exercise, so I'm not sure why you feel the need to insult it. I did injure my back near the beginning of this year though. Why do you ask?
