    About 4 inches high. You're basically doing goodmornings.

    You need to push your knees forward more, and keep your chest more upright. If you watch the barpath, it moves forward quite a bit.

    You're also not doing a thumbless grip.

    I can't really see anything else because of the angle of the video.

    It is for where the hip is at the bottom. You need to get your knees forward, then point your nipples to the ground.

    Seriously though, look like good mornings. I don't see your hips dropping at all... can you zoom out so we can see your legs/feet as well?
