    My knees never gave me any trouble till I started squatting. How do I fix this ugly inefficient techinque that hurts my knees ?YouTube

    On the second set it looks like your reps are high by about two inches. That'll always cause knee pain when I go high.

    As an aside, you spend WAY too much time getting to the first rep - fourteen seconds or more on all three sets. Set your width and toe-out, deep breath, hold, off hook, step back one foot, step back second, make them even, squat.

    Yea I was looking at that on my second set, I don't know what happend why I didn't hit depth . And I am haveing a hard time with my back angle so I don't kill my hip drive but I finish and I am still leaning forward and I have to finish standing up. I was haveing knee pain and still am. I haven't lifted in a while but I can't use that as an excuse cus my low bar techinque wasn't good before. I haven't given up on low bar yet. But I can't afford to ruin my knees either.
