    Hello y'all

This is my first time posting, so I appreciate whoever takes the time to provide feedback. Anyway, I stretched my novice progression out about six months and now I've started a four day Texas Method split. The squat and deadlift videos are both 5rm and the press is a fifth set of five.

    I'm 29, 5'8" and 200lbs.

    Thanks again,
    Tony.

Squat - get a better angle for the video. You look too vertical.

Dead - get a little closer to the bar. Pull your chest up without letting your hips drop. Fully extend your low back.

Press - you're very loose and your wrists aren't locked (see how your hands are rolled back). Widen your grip a half hand.

Awesome, thank you for the feedback Jeff.
