There is a lot going on here. It looks like the bar's riding too high and she's not getting good thoracic extension nor getting tight enough in general. At the beginning of the squat, she's not getting her knees out over her feet. Frankly, I'd actually run through the full teaching progression with her with a lot of emphasis on knees out (with the elbows jammed between them) at the bottom. Do this without the knee wraps. Use a TUBOW immediately to give her a target for her knees.
