I previously posted the following video and was told that I was likely too vertical. I've tried to widen my stance and point my nipples at the floor more in the above video. This video is my 5rm at 240 last Wednesday, I'll be posting 245 this Wednesday.

You're too much into your knees. Push your hips back.
It may be a harder to bend over more with your stance, you may want to play around with stance width/how far you point your toes. Just so you can practice at home, your goal is to have the knees about an inch past the toes as a starting point. If you pause your video at around the 19-second mark, you'll see you're probably 3-4 inches beyond that.
