    Hey guys, i injuried my back and hamstring a lot and now i started to squat with starting strengh low bar squat. Can you say if i have some issues and why the hell i have a butt wink? I brace very hard and it still there.

    These aren't too bad. It looks like you may be holding the bar up more with your wrists than you should, but it's hard to tell from this angle.

    Your grip looks super odd though it is really hard to tell from this angle. Are all your fingers on the bar?

    Stop using the term butt wink. I don't see any major spinal flexion at the bottom. Although if you squat an inch or two higher, those would still be good squats. So do that if you're worried about the spinal flexion. Does your back hurt?

    Also you shouldn't have cut that video so early, I really wanted to see the form on RDL's in background.
