    Post Squat Form Check - 385

    3x5 for 385lbs

    I recently Moved the bar down a little to fix my form, and I think it is much better now. On my last rep I yanked my head up (I know its bad) its a bad habit.
    Any helpful critiques are welcomed.

    That's a nice progress man! Good job.

    I have 2 suggestions you might consider:
    1. You might be looking too far down. Imagine holding a tennis ball under your chin.
    2. Your knees could go out a bit more, also the toes

    Also read the sticky about filming yourself.

    It looks like you lose back tightness at various points through out the set in both lumbar and thoracic portions. That’s all I can tell from the video angle.
