    I think I’ve got it, and I’m so excited about it. I need to stay consistent with shoving my knees out going down, that’s been my depth issue, and maybe keep a little tighter in my back. Let me know what errors you all see, thanks!! Oh and the video starts at 35s.

    Look at Rep#2. See how on your knees and forward your are? This is prevalent in all of your squats. Two things are causing it. The biggest is knee cave. Get a shot from the rear, you'll see a lot of knee cave going on. You also don't get enough hip flexion (which makes the back angle slightly too vertical) going at the start. While shoving your knees out get your dick behind your heels a little more than you think you ought to. You're close dude.

    okay, what I'm taking away from this is the I need to shove my knees out and bend at the hips and knees at the start, at the same time (to get more horizontal sooner). I love your cue btw, I'm going to be thinking about that next time I train. And thank you for the help.
