    Default Squat Form Check

    Good afternoon,

    Looking for some help on the squat. I'll work on getting the next video further back, I didn't realize my feet were not visible before I shot, my apologies.

    Welcome to the forums!

    You are leading with your chest out of the hole, which makes your back angle more vertical immediately out of the bottom. "Stay in the hips" as they say by driving the hips UP out of the hole and staying bent over longer than you want to. The goal is to maintain a constant back angle out of the hole.

    In addition to Adam's comments, I think your stance is too wide. Bring it in about an inch on either side. It'll help you get to depth better.
