    Hello,

    This is from my fourth workout (day 1 week 2) of SS.

    BW 160
    Height 6’2’’
    125 lbs x 5 (last work set)

    Slow down. Stop pausing at the bottom. Cut your depth off by an inch. Drive with your hips out of the hole instead of your chest.

    I have a feeling your stance needs to be slightly adjusted but a more rear view angle would help with that.

    Thank you. When I first started, I was attempting to “stay in the hips” and my hips were rising faster than my chest. Looked like two movements. Any thoughts?

    Don't make it two movements. Stay tight in your back and force it to come up with your hips.
