Don't let your hips drop before you pull. Work on making the pull speed up as you ascend. Set it down faster.
I've had some problems with lower back rounding, I posted a form check on here and have tried to implement the advice I was given. Please see video below and feel free to comment. Thank you.by the way, I know you all like to see more reps but I feel like my form deteriorates even further when I do more than one rep, so I'll stay with singles for now.
