So,it has been a while,morning coaches and athletes,it's me again!
Recently I had to have a pretty big surgery on my right leg which left me with stitches for about a month and I've been back in the gym for about three weeks,and,despite feeling strong everywhere else my squat feels and looks awful.

I'm also having problems with my left leg pushing more.
