    Does the bar position look good?I tried to put it lower on my back,but I can't feel the "shelf"

    It’s a bit better but you’ll notice particularly on that last rep or two that the upper back is rounding and the back angle overall is becoming a bit too horizontal out of the bottom.

    I agree that you should maybe take 10% off or so and work that technique. Remember your cues: Hips back, knees out HARD at the same time. Freeze your back angle in the bottom and drive your ass up.

    Keep at it man. You’ll get it!

    When you get tight before the descent, try to not be so jerky about it. Just squeeze. Watch your knees, they're knocking in and sliding forward a bit too much.

    Watch your knees. You really need to use a tubow on at least your warm-up sets.
