Your elbows are fine, but you're bringing your knees back to soon on the ascent. Try to keep them in place a little longer.
Hi, I need a form check in this squat YouTube. FIrst thing I noticed is that in the first reps I should have put my elbows up. Not sure about the rest.

Do you have any tips for that ? Also, I don't remember reading about knees coming back too soon in SS, do you have any texts where I might learn more about it ? Preferably SS texts.

Your knees should get to their forward position by the time you're halfway down and stay there until you are halfway back up. A coach or using a tubow works well to train this aspect of the squat.
