+ Are my hips high enough ? If I lower hips slightly I think I would have a more flat back.
+ Are my shoulder to far in front of the barbell?
+ With bar speed involved do we see a need to begin alternating deadlift days I am deadlifting every workout (every 3 days)
Hips look good. Shoulders are good. Your back does need to be more flat though.
The bar speed is still fast. Just keep deadlifting every workout as long as you're hitting your reps.
