    Hi everyone,

I haven't done a squat check for a while. Here is my last set at 140kg (309lbs).

I've been working on leaning my torso over more and trying to reach proper depth - not sure I'm quite there yet. I also notice my weight shifting forwards onto my toes sometimes - happened on the last rep here and I almost lost my balance.

    Thanks for your help.

Need a rear oblique angle from waist height. The bar looks to be too high on your back by the last rep. You're not looking 5'-6' on the floor ahead of you. It looks to me like you're initiating the movement by sitting back instead of breaking at the hips and knees at the same time. Your knees look to me to be coming forward until you're almost all the way down. Needs to be at least an inch deeper.

Thanks for replying, and for your input. I'll work on those.

Will try to get a better video from an oblique angle.
