    Default SSB squat check

    • starting strength seminar april 2024
    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    I finally gave in to the dark side. Started at 225 and I'm working my weights up each workout. I felt pretty good about this set,, although I got wobly toward the end. some of that is just getting used to the feel of the bar.

    Tightness. You need to work on being tighter. Because of the way these are held as opposed to a low bar squat, it takes more work to get and stay tight. It's not as though you are flopping around or anything, but there is a little more sway than is ideal. It may also help to wear your belt under the hoodie.

    Thank you. I will wirk on that. There is definately a different feel to the ssb as far as balance.
