Thanks for the response. I have the second edition of SS, assume those pages numbers are from the 3rd edition but I should be able to work out which bits of the book you mean if the pages changed between versions.
Yeah, it's the third edition. It's the stretch where you squat down and push your knees out with the elbows (20-21) and the drill where you lie flat on your stomach and lift your feet and shoulders off the ground slightly (42-44). I like to do those drills in between sets just to feel and memorize the right back and knee positioning.
