Deadlifts with 275 were also way harder than they should have been. I reviewed the 5-step setup. How much more do I need to eat? Should I switch to Advanced Novice programming? Any help or tips you guys have is appreciated.

You're going too deep. I can't tell from this video, but I think you also have a problem with your stance.

I wish I knew how to hit proper depth. I'm trying to not squat high, but at the same time I'm squatting too low. What should I do?

If you can't get access to a coach (where are you?), you can try using a box or stack of weights for proprioceptive feedback.

Get a buddy to film to from the side - you will be able to judge your depth as well as if the bar is remaining over your mid foot.

Heres a video my girlfriend took of me last session, its not the best angle so you cant really see how low my butt is getting but you get the general idea (im high on this set slightly) -

Also this vid might help (Alan is awesome) - YouTube
