Any feedback on my form would be very much appreciate. I've been trying to working on (1) staying tight to maintain my back angle (i.e., no more good mornings); (2) preventing my knees from caving; and (3) breaking parallel. Just a few minor things, I know. So any thoughts on those or other things I should work on would be great. Also, any thoughts on overall whether my form is so problematic that a reset (or repeat) is warranted?

Your valsalva is insufficient. Take a huge breath, the kind you would take if you know you won't get to breath again for five minutes. Work on getting your wrists straighter (read the thoracic extension article, too). You're knees are a little wonky - use a tubow on your warm ups.

Much appreciated. Will work on those things. I was just watching the TUBOW video yesterday (How to use the TUBOW).
