    Hey guys,

Been running SSLP and recently took this video of my squat. Any thoughts? I see knee slide which isnt great. Any other suggestions? Any advice or opinions welcome.

    Thank you.

You are squatting shallow. Narrow your stance about half a foot's width on each side, turn out more, and drive your knees to the side. Make yourself tighter through each rep.

Thanks Jeff. It does look shallow now that I see it. Im lifting again tomorrow. Maybe take 20lbs off? Does that seem like a reasonable place to start? I'll get a video and see if that does the trick and hopefully go up from there.

I don't think the shallow has anything to do with the weight. Change your stance.

Fair enough! I'll try the stance and give it a go!

The bar is moving forward from your mid foot quite a bit. Someone more experienced could say if it is because the bar position or not sitting back enough.

    Thanks and I agree Kessi,

I had a session with a SSC a while ago (yes, I've been bad about consistency of training) who suggested it was because of breaking at the knees too late. Either way, I think some it's time for some TUBOW practice.
