    Hey guys,
I am hoping for some critique of my form here. I feel like I've had a breakdown and am trying to get back to good form and hip drive.

    This is my last set of 280 x 5 x 3 today.

    Thanks in advance,
    Rob

It looks like you're breaking at the knees a split second before the hips. As a result your back angle stays upright a little longer than it should. Focus on driving the butt back and the knees out at the same time. 300 is right around the corner. Keep going!

Hey Brian, by the way I see you've recommended the thoracic extension article to a number of people on here. I think I've got some work to do on that as well. I'll work on getting my ass back and my chest up and check back in.
    Thanks again!

I developed some lower back pain and noticed that I was losing lumbar extension (butt wink) at the bottom during the last few training sessions. I dropped the weight today to sort it out. Can you please take a look and let me know if the depth of these is acceptable? Any other critiques?

Also, am I keeping my back flat enough on this set of light deadlifts? I think I might be extending my hips too soon.

Squat: your stance is a bit too wide and you're looking in the mirror.

Dead: back's fine, but you aren't locking out at the top.

Squat: dammit, you're right! I must have been trying to check my depth. I hate that effing mirror. I tried turning around but the rack is not bolted in; I almost knocked the damn thing over when re-racking. I'll try harder to stare at the wall below the mirror. Anything else?

DL. Ok thanks on the lockout. I'll be back with an update.
