    Default Form Check Low Bar Squat 135kg x 6 @ 7

    Could you guys please check my form?
    This is my first set of 4 with 135 kg x 6 reps @RPE 7 no belt. From my perspective, 5th and 6th rep were not too good.

    You're leg pressing as opposed to hip driving. At the start, break at the knees and hips at the same time and immediately get your chest aimed at the ground, bend at the hips and push them back. the knees should stop traveling forward by the time you're halfway down and they shouldn't get so far in front of your toes (try using a tubow) and they should stay there until you're halfway back up.

    What Jeff said especially about not sitting far enough back into your hips. Also, don't rack the bar with one foot in front of the other.
