    Apologies. I posted this in coaches Q&A at first, I didn't know that is should go here (newbie).
    Just got flexible enough to do low bar. My left wrist is a bit extended, as I don't have too much shoulder flexibility from a previous surgery.
    I have a tendency to lift heels so I am keeping my toes up.
    What do I need to work on?

    If you can't get your hands out from under the bar, move them out a little.

    how are other aspects of my form? hip drive, depth, stance, etc.

    You're a bit upright, but fixing your grip will help fix that.
