I'm not a coach. Your depth looks good and bar path remains pretty consistent. In set two it looked like your knees were locking out before your hips. I lookede at set 1 and set 3 and didn't really see that.

Like PizzaDad said your depth and bar path are fine but you're not sitting your hips back far enough. Try to get your butt further back and lean forward a little bit more.
