I apologize for the ridiculous noises I make. I need to work on holding my breath better.

I'm working on staying tight and not collapsing forward at all. But on rep 3 i kind of lost it and relaxed at the bottom then had to drive out of that. rep 4 felt like I was falling forward a bit. I am able to pull the handles down and move the weight backward a bit, but I am afraid that as the weights increase, that kind of manipulation will lead to disaster.

Unfortunately, the camera angle and view makes it impossible to see the bar path. See this forum's stickied filming recommendations.

It looks like this bar is riding higher on your back than a regular bar would so low bar mechanics are going to get messed up regardless. Work on not moving your head up and down and make your shoulders tight - this is a little harder to do with these bars tham a straight bar.

It is harder to do with this kind of bar than a straight bar. How tall are you. You certainly don't look like you weigh 280lbs unless it's all muscle or you are 6'9".

Try a 45 degree angle on the videos.

I will back off the camera to get a better shot. No, Carson, I am only 6'2". The weight I was squatting is 280. I only weigh about 225. The whale reference is the horrible groaning.

This was the first set of the same day at 280#. I didn't post it originally because I thought it looked like I wasn't getting the depth although I think I was.
