Final work set here. I tend to squat too deep on many of my reps. Was wondering if anybody could please tell me what they think of my overall form here. Many thanks!

This is a tough angle from which to critique. Your depth is variable.
    1. Set the hooks one notch lower.
    2. I think your stance is a bit wide, but can't be sure from this angle.
    3. Read and apply Bill Hannon's advice in his thoracic extension article posted on this site.
    4. Get tighter throughout your body.
    5. Stop looking up.
    6. Fix these as best you can and post a new video shot at hip height with the camera about 45 degrees behind you.

    Where do you train?

Thank you, I appreciate this input. I will take all of this onboard and make a better video next time. I train at SnS barbell in NY.

There are a number of coaches in your area: SSCA : Coaching
I'd really suggest setting up a session with one of them as it'll get you fixed faster.
