    Hey guys this is my second run through of SS LP. I have a very tight lower back after each working set. This does not cause any pain, but I'm wondering if there is something in my form which I may be missing. Look toward to hearing what you guys think.

    These are pretty solid squats. You may be overextending your low back a little bit. Also, read Bill Hannon's thoracic extension article.

    I do think you can get tighter. When you get your valsalva before each rep, take a bigger breath and take it through your mouth. Swell up and fill the belt.

    I just finished reading the Bill Hannon article.. I have not being squatting with a proud chest. I think this may help tremendously, funny coincidence that Alan thrall posted a video about this today. Thank you Jeff for the advice, looking forward to trying this.
