Buy a belt.
Your head is rising from the bottom.
Your knees cave in.
You don't push knees forward enough from the start so you kinda bounce in the knees and not your hips at the bottom. You can see the knee positioning is not perfect looking at the ankles as you approach the bottom. So pointing nipples at the floor as soon as possible is probably not a cue for you but it might be for someone who high bar squatted a lot.
I'd also probably stand a bit wider.
1. Read this.
2. Shove your knees out. If you say, "I already do this," then do it HARDER.
3. You lose tension and control about half way down. Buy a belt, take a big breathe, and bear down on it. Then,
