Squat help
Hi all, I'm still trying to correct my technique and would appreciate any feedback. Looks like there is some knee slide going on but to me it looks like i break at the knees and hips simultaneously.

Hard angle to determine many things. I think you could benefit from bending over more. This generally limits forward travel of the knee. A rear oblique perspective would allow us to understand more of what's happening around the knee through the movement. Also, hard extension in your thoracic area promotes rigidity throughout the trunk, which will ultimately increase control on the descent.
Tell Gloves he doesn't need to stand so close, as that is what the spotter arms on the rack are for.
