I'm drifting forward at the beginning of my ascend. How can i fix that? Thanks in advance.

P.S. Sorry for the poor quality video. Better videos are in progress.

I think your stance may be a little too wide. Also, avoid looking up and avoid looking into the mirror. Slow the descent, speed up the ascent.

Thanks a lot. I will put that into action. Do you have any opinion on the bar path? How bad is it?

Cant' see bar path...but think "HEELS" when you start the ascent, that should help get you back in line.

I think you're both wrong, the stance is fine. When you learn to keep your lumbar spine in hard extension you'll be able to keep that chest up and stop goodmorning squatting. hips and back baby.

I appreciate all of your guys advices. I will try to them into action. But i don't think these are high!? You might get the impression, because the video was filmed from the floor in an upward direction. My fault of course. I think i'm at worst at the wrong side of the edge. Correct me if i'm wrong. Again, thanks a lot.

Had these videos shot last week. Will shoot videos that fit the requirements of the sticky next week, as i'm taking this week off due to illness. They're not pretty but better than the previous one i uploaded.
