Aight, i've been extensively looked through alan thrall, jordan and austins videos, plus read the book, and I am just not getting my squat right so i've turned for help since i feel like i need to get this perfect
i see in this video my hips are shooting back a bit, but besides that it feel like my balance is in check, something just feels really really OFF about my squat, i appreciate all the help i can get.

hmm, i thought i was leaning over enough, my back starts to not look flat when i try to bend over more
