    Hi, New member here. Would love a squat form check. Appreciate it!

    Also, can someone explain to me why my depth appears so much deeper from some angles (from the side, lower down) than others (from behind, higher up)? Whats the best angle to video from if my main concern is hitting legal depth?

    Those are good squats, Dan. 45% degree angle for video taping so one can see most aspects of the lift. But it can be clearly seen in your video that you are reaching depth.

    As Carson says, this ain't a great angle. These aren't bad squats, but you are getting too much into your knees and are a touch too vertical in your torso. Stop the knees' forward movement earlier in the descent. Also, I can't tell for sure, but the bar may be riding a little high on your back.
