Here is a continuation. I trained with a singlet - practicing for a meet on Sat.
Notes:
Weight felt heavy and slow.
I set up closer to the bar (recommendation from last form check) – didn’t notice any change honestly, hips were more stable thought this time (last DL workout on rep 3 and rep 6 they were slightly shooting up)
“Drive your mid-foot into the ground “ – works very well!
If you have a meet this coming Saturday, I wouldn't be surprised if these felt slow/heavy as you're probably at about the end of your peak. Anyway, work on accelerating through the lift. Break the bar from the ground smoothly and speed up as you pull. After the meet, see what happens if you bring your heels about a finger width closer together without moving your toes.
