Can anyone see anything here that will be causing me low back pain. I have deloaded the squat to work on form many times and starting to get frustrated. I also have to put the belt on at around 90lbs everytime. Not to get the weight up but more so just cause my low back starts to really feel like its going to go off when i descend. Ive tried getting more horizontal but i dont think i can get much further without rounding. Once i finish 3x5 i cannot seem to bend forward to carryout the pull from the floor due to pain. I think i may have anterior pelvic tilt which when i get into extension may actually be hyper extension. Can anyone point me in the right direction here - PLEASE! (Or should I just front squat)
