So this kid's got some major issues 😳. See if you guys find anything I missed...

In my judgement, he needs to consistently get his knees out (but sometimes the lil guy drives them too far out, he's got clearly confused about what we're doing here).

    Additional corrections needed:

    -Thumbs wrapped around the bar
    -Wrists straight
-Eyes 5-6 feet in front of the ground
    -Chest up
    -Lock in the low back
-And who the fuck lifts in flip flops? 😡

-Additionally I wish he'd take that silly smile off his face. We're squatting here not playing "Ring around the Rosies!" 🤓

What else are you guys seeing? 😀

This is true, Mr. Tapirdamaz. Maybe we need a technique lesson on the trainer. Whatta douche.

He’s clearly not doing GOMAD. And if he goes any lower, he’ll give himself a knee to the forehead! Maybe he should wear a football helmet....

So get this guys, as a strength trainer, I have a professional-grade garage gym. I've vowed to never push it on my two boys (soon to be 5 and 7 year olds).

Grant, my oldest, isn't the most athletically gifted boy and he hates that he can't run as fast as the other boys. He whined to his mom about this and she said, "Well Grant, Daddy can help you with that."

So Grant asked me to train him on Squats. He's pretty passionate about getting strong.
