    Ok, I'm not sure of all the other talk, but I'm assuming you posted here to get tips?

    Your body isn't tight, you're a bit too loosey goosey. Stay tight, don't drop in so fast and don't let the bar (read: momentum) push your upper body into the floor. It looks to me like you're not balanced over the mid-foot all the time, but that's probably a result of just going too fast. Good luck.

    I agree with BBB. You fall apart a little at the bottom. I had a similar problem. Once I got to advanced novice my coach had me do paused squats on the light day and it was a big help.
